I would suggest a game where you play across half the pitch and play 10 a side - forwards and 9 and 10.

Set the game rules that you can only go forwards by working your way up the pitch through line outs - the 10 has to grubber the ball into touch.

The defence can only stop the ball going too far up the pitch but not gain possession.

Possession changes when a try is scored or a mistake made.

In this way you can get match type of competition and loads of line out peels!
